1. Right to Return
As per Omani law, customers may return or exchange products within 15 days from the delivery date if items are defective, not as described, or unfit for use.
2. Conditions for Return
Returns are accepted if:
- Product is unused and sealed
- In original packaging with labels
- Not listed as non-returnable (e.g. intimate items)
3. Return Process
- Contact our Customer Support within 15 days of receipt (via email or form).
- Provide order number and photos if applicable.
- Once your request is approved, return via courier or our local pick-up service.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If product is defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping.
- If returned by choice, customer may bear the shipping cost (unless offer states otherwise).
5. Refund Processing
Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days using the original payment method. You’ll receive confirmation once completed.
6. Exchanges
If you request an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement once the original item is returned and approved.
